Accent Window Systems
Bi-Fold Doors & Moving Glass Walls for Contractors
Your client wants a folding wall and you'd rather not own the sill detail.
You mark it up. You never touch it.
Contractor price. You resell at your margin. We deliver to the phase. Or we install it so the sill, the header, and the walk-adjust are not yours.
Trade pricing starts with a verified GC license and an account set up by Accent — the same path as the contractor portal. Send the opening; we qualify the account and return the quote.

What we own that a GC usually eats
- Rough opening tolerance
- Floor flatness across the sill run
- Header capacity
- Drainage path design
- Sill selection for the exposure
- Panel stack and swing direction
- Final walk and adjust
As long as you're on the job, we're on the job.
We do not disappear after delivery. Until you are off the job and you have been paid, we are still on it — callbacks, adjustments, a panel that needs re-walking after the floors went in.

Delivery or install to your date
Can I buy the door and install it myself?
Yes. That's the supply-only side — trade pricing, specified to your opening, delivered to your phase. Most contractors who call us about a folding wall would rather we handled the install, but both are fine, and it's the same product either way.
My client wants a bi-fold and I've never installed one. What goes wrong?
Four things, in roughly this order of frequency: the header wasn't sized for the span, the floor isn't flat across the sill run, the drainage path was never designed, and the wrong sill was chosen for the exposure. All four get decided before the order goes in, not during the install — which is why we want to look at the opening first.
Do you install under your name or mine?
On supply-and-install, we work as your install partner on your schedule — the homeowner's day-to-day contact stays with you. On supply-only, your crew or your sub owns the install and the homeowner relationship. Either way, product warranty documentation lands with the job at close.
What's the lead time?
It moves by manufacturer and by series, so we quote the current number on the specific line when we price the opening rather than publishing a figure that goes stale. Send the opening and ask.
How big an opening can you span?
It depends on the panel configuration and the header, which is why we look at the opening first. We carry Milgard, Windoor and Windsor bi-fold lines across vinyl, fiberglass, aluminum and aluminum-clad wood, and the span is usually what decides which one is the right answer.
Do you sell the screens too?
Yes. Retractable screens are the most common thing a homeowner asks for once the wall is in, and they are a resale line for you as well. See retractable screens.
